Honey Lime Sweet Potato Tacos

Sweet potatoes are a favorite of mine but not as much with my kids, unless they are sweet potato fries (can’t blame them for that).  I have found some recipes with sweet potatoes as the main ingredient and this is one that received a two thumbs up from the kids.  This dish is great on
